Refund and Returns Policy

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 5 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (including tags, manuals, and any free gifts).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Downloadable digital products (eBooks, PDFs, audio files)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@authorarulpandi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship Back:
    • Pack the item securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship via a trackable carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of receipt and approval status within 5 business days.
  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange, follow the return procedure above and indicate the item you wish to receive in exchange.
  • If the replacement item’s price is higher, you will be charged the difference; if it is lower, you will receive a refund for the price difference.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

9. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred when returning an item.
