The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@authorarulpandi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Ship Back:
- Pack the item securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship via a trackable carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
